I officiate your ceremony and handle all the paperwork. Your marriage license is filed with Cook County within 10 days.

| Are you legally authorized to marry us in Chicago? Yes. I am an ordained, non-denominational minister. In Illinois, ordained ministers are legally authorized to perform marriages. I complete and file all required paperwork with the Cook County Clerk's Office. | Do you work with LGBTQ+ couples? Absolutely and wholeheartedly. All couples, all identities, all love stories are welcome here. |
| Who gets the marriage license? You and your partner apply together in person at the Cook County Clerk's Office. It costs $60, is valid for 60 days, and requires valid ID. Allow at least 24 hours between receiving the license and your ceremony. | How far in advance should we book? I recommend 4–6 weeks out. Rush bookings under 2 weeks are available for an additional $75. |
| Do you travel outside Chicago? Yes! Our Story includes travel within Chicago city limits. Forever includes travel within a 30-mile radius. Additional travel is available for a $50 add-on. | Can we write our own vows? Yes, and I encourage it. For Our Story and Forever packages I offer personalized vow guidance to help you find the right words. |
| What if we're not religious? Perfect — I specialize in secular, non-denominational ceremonies. No religious language unless you specifically want it. | What's your cancellation policy? Please reach out as soon as possible if your plans change. Full details are included in your booking agreement. |
